i am 20 years old and i am 5 months pregnant. I havent seen a doctor yet because i have no insurance. My father is very wealthy owning 3 corporations and he wont even give me a dime. I applied for medical assistance thourgh welfare in early October and just recieved a medicade card Nov. 30 it has been one day since i have recieved my medical card and today i got a notice in the mail saying that i will be denied medical assistance from welfare because my part time minimum wage job offers the crapiest insurance benefits after 90 days.I havent even been working at my job for a month and by the time my benefits kick in i will be 7 1/2 months pregnant and still have not recieved any medical care. i can not support myself and a child when i make $550 a month what should i do.
